Ash serves as Chief Financial Officer at Ajira Software LLC. Previously he held positions as CFO and Head of Operations for Vikaran Solutions, LLC and Professional Consulting Services, Inc.  He has a very strong background in Finance and Operations having worked at technology companies for a majority of his career. He’s also held the position of Director, Enterprise Architecture at Exelon Corporation, a major utility company, and senior level IT and Business positions with AT&T, CVS/Caremark, EDS and General Motors.

He’s an experienced, results oriented senior Business and IT  professional with over 30 years of experience in managing Finance, Application and Infrastructure Solutions Delivery, IT Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management, IT Consulting, Systems Integration, and directing large scale IT programs. He possesses excellent communications skills, interacting with CxO clients and project teams.  Skilled at helping clients with development of and execution of project plans for very large application development and systems integration initiatives for a wide variety of industries.   One of his challenging multi-year assignments was as Program Manager of the post-merger integration of business operations between two very large phone companies. 

Worked with multiple Fortune 500 clients managing and implementing complex technical and application solutions.  Led and implemented a replacement of core order processing and provisioning systems for three business divisions of a phone company representing $9 billion in business.  Experienced with the application portfolio analysis techniques and IT value determination. Managed multiple application development projects for large organizations.

Ash holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical engineering from MITS India.  He is CPIM (APICS) certified.
